This switchgear is equipped with a Surge Protection Device (SPD) for direct current (DC) applications rated at 1000V, adhering to type 2 classification, which is suitable for protection against transient overvoltage in power supply networks. It supports two photovoltaic (PV) strings and is compatible with systems that have two Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) inputs, enhancing the efficiency of solar energy systems.
